TRAGIC TALENT

Terms

The deal, in plain language.

One page, written to be read before you pay. If anything here ever disagrees with what the product does, the product is wrong and we will fix the product.

What you are buying

A prepaid term: one month, three months, or 6 months of the service, charged once, in ZAR. Every plan includes up to its monthly allowance of applications (the number is on the pricing page), every form filled from your CV, cover letters and essays written, and answers drafted for your review. Nothing is submitted without your approval, and questions about visas, identity or credentials are never answered for you — those stay yours.

It ends on its own

When your term ends, it ends. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, no card kept for silent charges, nothing to remember to cancel. If you want another term, you buy another term. That is the whole model.

The guarantee, precisely

The 6-month plan carries one promise: still searching at the end? Same again, free. The condition, exactly as the software computes it: your account created applications in at least 4 different calendar months of the 6-month term. Meet it, and the extension adds itself — same length, once, automatically, with no claim form, no email, and nobody to convince. Don't meet it, and there is no extension. The extension does not extend itself a second time.

We never verify whether you were hired, and we never ask. Activity is the only condition because it is the only one we can check without intruding.

Refunds

Within 7 days of paying, if you have used less than 10% of your plan's monthly application allowance, you get the full amount back — self-service, from the Billing page, granted by the same arithmetic written here. Outside that window, or past that usage, there is no refund: the term was priced to be used, and by then it has been.

The free taster

Three AI-prepared applications, ever, before any payment. A taster, not a monthly allowance.

Prices

The prices are public on the pricing page. A purchase locks its price: a later price change never touches a term already bought. International cards are charged the ZAR amount and your bank converts.
